One of the locations where the New Hampshire CSA distributes produce to its members every Friday. What’s a CSA? It stands for community supported agriculture. In other words, it’s a farm co-op. You buy in at the beginning of the season, then you eat whatever happens to be in season. This week we’re probably going to make some yummy soup from the potatoes and leeks I picked up Friday. I also received some basil, onion, and a really beautiful head of red leaf lettuce.
