I was just over in NH for a business trip and went to the restaurant. The mussels simmered in Hoegaarden were unreal! Tons of flavor and I have never had mussel like that. Isn’t it supposed to be universal that if something is wrong with your order, it’s only common sense to take it off the bill? I know a steakhouse in my city will give you the choice of another steak or taking it off the bill. Guess it’s smart because then the pressure is put back on the customer. Sorry you didn’t like it :/

I looked at their menu on the website before I went and was quite impressed with what I saw, when I got to the restaurant the menu was completely different and didn't have half of what was on the website. I am not a meat eater though the person I was dining with is. According to the online menu there were some wonderful choices of fish for appetizers and main courses and I was salivating at the thought of their tuscan seared scallops and the pretzel wrapped salmon. It sounded wonderful! Unfortunately none of these things were on the menu and the only thing I could eat that wasn't 'meat' was breaded haddock and it was a sad, sad meal! My friend had the onion soup which was lacking cheese (the best part) and was nothing but a mess of sloppy bread soaked in salty beef broth. There was literally NO soup, just mush. We also ordered the calamari which had to have been frozen. It was a disastrous meal that left us hungry and aghast at the price for the quality. Apparently though they have listened and cut back the portions because they were not very hardy portions. The piece of haddock was probably 4oz and that might be generous and the price was $16.00, it came with a small mound of cold, tasteless mashed potatoes and 4 thin slices of grilled zucchini. The service was quite sad also, our waiter never asked us how the meal was and we were finished for at least 20 minutes before we were able to flag him down for our check. We were there for over 2 hours and the meal took us about 10 minutes. Slow service is an understatement!
