Fail Trail

failed star trail

On the evening of March 5, I attempted to use an intervalometer to take 236 photos of the night time sky, each 30 seconds long. Because I didn’t have all the settings on the camera  properly adjusted. Instead of 235 photos I could combine, I ended up with 117 useful shots, and 118 all black images.

I’ll try again soon.

Awesome. We would be grateful if you write something about what makes you to think about such things. Really this is remarkable, on the way to achieve what you have in mind, there are umpteen things to be learned and I am sure there are tons of others to play with. Hats off to you man :)

(laughing) Ok, Alan, stay tuned. Tomorrow’s photo will show why I thought this one didn’t work out.
