Monday night, when I got home from work, my family rewarded me with carrot cake. Yay for carrot cake!
Boo for old! 😉
very nice photo shoot you have here…
I tried counting the candles… I got 38. Am I correct?
Many more happy returns. You r just wise 😉
Oops! We must have miscounted – it was supposed to be 39. But he really does still look only 38.
No, I counted them, there are 39. There are three places in the image where two of them are lined up so closely as to be almost imperceivable.
Come to think of it, there’s a slice in the refrigerator here at work. Yay!
Thank you for a lovely cake, Claire. xoxo
Yummy!! I love carrot cakes – how many lights? 40? What a young man you are 😉
in my view, really very excellent photo, i added my bookmark.
think of it as distinguished.
Ah, how well I remember March 7, 1971….. I’ll spare everyone the details, but James definitely made his mark coming into the world ….. lol.
Did you know that the last of the “good caesars”, Marcus Aurelius,(who died at the beginning of Gladiator) was made emperor March 7, 160 CE, when he was 39?
Auspicious coincidence? Probably only a mother would think so… rofl
Many, many, more good and auspicious birthdays, James.
